Poneman is the author of Double Jeopardy: Combating Nuclear Terror and Climate Change, the president and CEO of Centrus Energy Corp., and a Senior Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School's Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs. Poneman's public service under three presidents includes over five years as Deputy Secretary of Energy and nearly four years as Special Assistant to the President on the National Security Council staff.
