律动 BlockBeats 消息，5 月 3 日，灰度母公司 DCG 宣布计划购买总价值 7.5 亿美元的 GBTC，相较此前计划中的 2.5 亿美元，增至 7.5 亿美元。本次 DCG 将使用现金在公开市场进行购买并将遵循《证券交易法 1934》中 10b-18 规定。由管理层自行决定在公开市场上进行购买。
据悉，股份购买授权书没有规定 DCG 在任何时期内需购买任何特定数量的股份，并且可以随时进行扩充、修改或中止。
