美克家居拟推行2021年员工持股计划
经理人网4月10日消息，美克家居在日前发布《2021年员工持股计划（草案）》公告，拟参与对象包括公司或子公司中高层管理人员及其他核心骨干员工共计78人，存续期为36个月，锁定期为12个月。
解锁条件为对公司层面的业绩考核，根据公司业绩完成情况核算公司层面解锁比例，分为对归母净利润的触发值和目标值，2021年分别为5和5.5亿元，2022年分别为6和6.6亿元。
公告还指出，本期员工持股计划筹集资金总额不超过3.115亿元，股份来源为公司回购专用证券账户持有的美克家居A股普通股股票，股份总数不超过7000万股，占公司当前股本总额的4.30%。
