今天的装逼菜谱是：肥牛饭 – 和吉野家肥牛饭味道一样。
这道菜主要靠照烧酱。做出来的味道和吉野家的一样，成品如下图：
照烧酱长这样：
食材：1 个洋葱，1 斤肥牛卷，一根胡萝卜🥕 ，半朵西兰花🥦 。
调料：照烧酱 4 勺，耗油 1 勺，盐 2g。
准备：洋葱切丝，西兰花切好泡水，胡萝卜切成圆形的片。
- 胡萝卜和西蓝花焯水，3 分钟后捞起备用。
- 肥牛片焯水，没有血色后捞起备用。
- 锅烧热，倒入油，下姜片爆香。下洋葱丝加少许水炒软。放少量盐。
- 下肥牛片混在一起炒。加入耗油 1 勺，照烧酱 4 勺调味，翻炒均匀即可装盘。
- 将胡萝卜和西蓝花摆盘，撒上芝麻。
没啥特别要说的，记得拍照发朋友圈。
