碳链价值APP讯，不久前，“三资”监管区块链上的一项交易信息引起江苏省苏州市相城区纪委监委党风政风监督室干部的注意。台账显示，黄桥街道占上村5宗集体土地没有招租信息就续租。这5宗土地在2018年首次对外出租时，并未按规定在交易平台上公开招租，而是直接在系统中虚假填报为“续租”。“三资”监管区块链启用之前，业务审核连续3年未发现。区纪委监委借助区块链技术，利用分布式账本，按加盖时间戳的方式进行有序“记账”，将散落的工作数据统一上链存证，形成448万条存证信息。（中国纪检监察报）
