项目有3个端，用户端、企业端和管理后台，现在是单体架构（3个端一套代码），是否应用一套用户系统，以用户类型字段区分
个人觉得应该分3张表，避免业务上的耦合，和数据库的耦合，但领导意见是放一张表已用户类别字段区分，我觉得领导没有说服我，各位有什么高见，或者我该怎样说服领导
