【openEuler】误删yum该怎么解决。
卸载完系统自带的python3后，删除python3残余文件，执行完成后yum命令，dnf命令没有了，遇到这种情况该如何解决。
其中，已经尝试过用rpm包安装，显示均显示安装成功，如下图所示。
找不到yum和dnf命令。
python2.7正常。
