院士：中国芯片进口额超3700亿美元 仍大量缺货

光明网讯 3月26日，中国工程院院士、中星微电子集团创建人兼首席科学家邓中翰在参加2021中金资本年会的演讲中透露，2020年我国芯片进口额攀升至3700多亿美元，约占国内进口总额的18%。
据了解，“十三五”中国集成电路产业规模不断增长，2020年我国集成电路销售收入达到1355亿美元，平均增长率达到20%，为同期全球产业增速的3倍。
邓中翰表示，虽然2020年中国集成电路进口再创历史性新高，但是芯片市场还面临大量缺货。（记者 战钊）
