SUSE 正准备 IPO上市 – 开源派
科技媒体ZDNet 报道： 瑞典私募股权投资公司 EQT 正准备将 SUSE 分拆上市，估值将达到 70 亿至 80 亿欧元（换算成美元约为 83 亿至 95 亿）。美国银行和摩根士丹利将在高盛集团、德意志银行和杰富瑞集团的帮助下进行 IPO，预计5月份进行。SUSE 的云业务年度合同价值 (Annual Contract Value, ACV) 订单量增长了 81%，连续 14 个季度的同比增长。SUSE曾多次易主，2018年 Micro Focus 以 25.35 亿美元的价格将SUSE 出售给瑞典私募股权投资机构殷拓集团（EQT Partners）；2020年12月，SUSE 完成收购 Rancher Labs，为业界带来 Linux 操作系统和 Kubernetes 管理平台的产品组合。
