我现在用户进行一场比特币交易，
首先这个交易的结果是要记录在一个新的区块上的，
然后创建一个区块是要给这个矿工奖励的，
同时本身转账有一个 gas 手续费，
假设这边交易恰好被这个矿工挖到，那么这个矿工是不是意味着得到两笔费用呢？（挖矿奖励和 gas 手续费）
