由于计算逻辑比较复杂，打算在线下计算好结果之后，管理员签名，用户在线上转账，但是怎么保证用户不会重复领取呢，
如果用户提交后，还没打包，又提交一笔，由于上一笔未上交，所以当时是查不到已成功的订阅消息的，这就会导致成功多笔，怎么避免呢？
