From looking at Amazon's Deal of the Day page, it looks like the Echo Auto is being discounted at $30 off for just $19.99 right now. The device allows you to connect to the Alexa app on your phone and plays through your car’s speakers through the auxiliary or Bluetooth connection. A few of its specs can be seen below.
