拥有近百年历史的法国内衣集团Barbara启动破产清算程序

本月初，法国内衣集团Barbara 正式启动破产清算程序，这一决定在11月1日召开的特别股东大会上获得股东的一致同意，Barbara母公司—韩国内衣制造企业Namyeung Vivien Corporation也赞成此项决议。
Barbara集团由Marcel Bena于1926年成立，最初是一家制作弹性面料的公司，1944年推出同名内衣品牌，其内衣产品以风格优雅、做工精致闻名。
Barbara集团经历了多年的财务困难，曾经两次启动破产司法重整程序并易手：2009年，Barbara被内衣品牌Huit收购，但后者在一年后宣告破产，使Barbara再次陷入危局；2010年，韩国内衣集团Namyeung Vivien Corporation出手收购了Barbara集团多数股权，并向其注资400万欧元。
2018年，Barbara集团决定终止旗舰内衣品牌Barbara，并将发展重心转向定位较为年轻的内衣品牌Bibiche，但是Bibiche一直表现不佳，目前该品牌的网站以及社交帐户已经关闭。
根据Barbara集团发布的财务信息，目前该集团雇佣员工不到7人，2019/2020财年的营业额只有260万欧元（2018/2019财年营业额为470万欧元），而集团在鼎盛时期（2014年）的营业额达到了4500万欧元。
