手上的项目涉及到需要爬取tb,jd等厂商的商品基础数据做整合,完成商品比价的模块,爬虫这部分由第三方公司完成,但是需要部署到我们公司服务器上,我们通过接口方式获取爬取出的数据完成业务模块.可能存在的风险点:1.部署到我们的服务器上.2.如果我来完成比价模块的开发,会存在那些法律风险.
