===怎样才能做到不吃隔夜饭，感觉太难了。。。。 - 我的习惯是晚饭多烧点，剩菜剩饭第二天中午热一下当中饭。对于全职投资者，中饭实在是没着落，要么吃剩饭，要么外卖，感觉外卖更加不健康。如果每顿都烧新鲜的，没这个精力啊。看到本论坛的朋友好像都不吃隔夜饭菜的，大家的中饭是怎么解决的？？
