“In 2020 I got furloughed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and went back to interviewing and saw that I was not in touch with current processes and technologies of 2020.
The biggest lesson from 2020 for me is to always make sure as a designer you are aware of what’s happening in the industry (software, technological improvements, processes, and more) and do not get caught up with what your office process alone.”
