步步高：拟与宿迁京东共同出资设立长沙七鲜公司 注资6000万元

　　新浪科技讯 12月15日下午消息，步步高商业连锁股份有限公司发布公告称，公司拟与宿迁京东共同出资设立长沙七鲜信息技术有限公司，负责七鲜品牌就零售生鲜业务在湖南省市场的展店和运营。

　　公告内容显示，七鲜公司的注册资本为人民币6,000万元。宿迁京东出资3,060万元，占51%股权；公司以自有资金出资2,940万元，占49%股权。
