网易关联公司入股微软小冰，新增北极光风投创始人邓锋为董事
新浪科技讯 12月17日下午消息，天眼查App显示，近日，北京红棉小冰科技有限公司发生工商变更，新增股东张朋朋、杭州章鱼投资管理有限公司。此外，新增北极光风投创始人邓锋为董事。
天眼查App股权穿透数据显示，杭州章鱼投资管理有限公司由杭州网易投资有限公司100%持股。
天眼查App显示，北京红棉小冰科技有限公司是微软小冰的关联主体，成立于2020年5月20日，注册资本2000万人民币，法定代表人为李笛。
公开消息显示，今年7月13日，微软宣布将小冰业务分拆为独立公司运营，由原微软全球执行副总裁沈向洋博士为董事长，原微软（亚洲）互联网工程院常务副院长李笛为CEO。
