Background:
Our client needed to convert legacy software developers into data science experts quickly to support a corporate growth strategy.
Process:
DevelopIntelligence partnered with the company to create a custom Machine Learning Academy for over 2,000 engineers. The goal: to help developers become more data-minded.
Results:
We co-built the process and program with the client to accomplish this goal. And we continue to work with the client on an annual basis to identify emerging learning needs. We forecast skill gaps and design courses to close those gaps proactively. This enables our client to stay in front of technology shifts and maintain its position as the market leader.
