@Ben Frain  & @Elyse Holladay  7:00-~8:30: That's the exact ideal  the technologies outlined in the web components specification realizes, except that you `import` such packaged components within a web application ( or import and export within JS via the ES6 modules specification, though I haven't done the latter myself but seen builds of System.js having examples doing so).

The web application overall file structure though I can't imagine at the moment not being grouped by web technologies since delivering to clients otherwise  through a web server's handlers, handler funcs, and utilities functions will—even with HTTP 2.0—would seemingly probably be confusing pretty fast otherwise. 

Can you both go into more detail what you mean by such an architecture; any examples?
