没有 NAS 好路由器， DNS+去广告用什么方案？

留学生疫情回国暂住，没有 NAS，路由器也是垃圾。
刚需常年挂代理。只想在手机和电脑上（🍎全家桶）改设置。
在以上条件下，有没有什么比较好的 一站式全局 dns+去广告+代理 的方案？
目前：mac/安卓影子袜子+ios 影子火箭+alidns 。
天天看 v2 有 nas 和路由的大佬们侃侃而谈，我实际情况也不允许，想知道有没有什么大佬能提供个平民方案，感激不尽
