蚂蚁申购公示：网上申购户数516万 申购金额19万亿

DoNews10月29日消息（记者 翟继茹）29日晚间，蚂蚁集团在上交所官网挂出发行申购情况及中签率公告。公告显示，本次网上发行有效申购户数约 516万户，申购金额约19.05万亿，刷新A股有史以来最高纪录。
公告显示，蚂蚁在A股发行启动了超额配售和回拨机制。联席主承销商已按本次发行价格向网上投资者超额配售250,605,500股，占A股初始发行股份数量的15.00%。在回拨机制启动后，网上发行最终中签率为0.12670497%。
据上交所数据，本次网上发行有效申购户数为 5,155,647 户，有效申购股数为 276,901,527,000 股。此前，蚂蚁公布A股发行价为每股68.8元，据此可估算出，蚂蚁的认购金额超过19.05万亿，刷新A股纪录。
在 A 股超额配售选择权及网上、网下回拨机制启动后，网下最终发行数量为233,898,700 股，占本次 A 股发行股份数量的 12.17%;网上最终发行数量为 350,848,000 股，占本次 A 股发行股份数量的 18.26%。（完）
