10月14日下午消息，据微博网友爆料，朋友圈有一则提示：杭州蛋壳公寓的公司财务跑路，公司破产倒闭，为避免最大损失请联系公司。蛋壳公寓因此冲上热搜。据了解，蛋壳公寓近日运营问题频出，多名租户在微博反映租屋已断网多日，联系不到管家，反映问题也没有回应，并且撤销了国庆假期的保洁服务，并退给租户15元服务费，而每月保洁费高达200多元。
