8月4日，在中国第三代半导体发展机遇交流峰会上，中芯国际创始人张汝京表示，中国与海外半导体之间的差距不是那么大，自己是很乐观的，相信是可以追得上的。“有的地方我们中国是很强的，比如说封装、测试这一块。我们在材料上面的差距，我个人觉得不是很大了。”
