华为从全球招募顶尖人才的“天才计划”再度激活。今年以来，华为至少已经招募了四位“天才少年”，分别是来自华中科技大学武汉光电国家研究中心两位博士生张霁和姚婷，以及来自西安交通大学钱学森学院的两名本科生。其中，张霁拿到的时华为“天才少年”最高一档薪资（182万-201万元人民币/年），西安交大两名本科毕业生对应的年薪应该属于“天才少年”计划中89.6万-100.8万元人民币/年档。
