时间优先不合理，成了拼VIP通道；
摇号中签稍好一点，但也不合理，成了拼运气。
最合理的方案：最小中签单位不要100股，改成1股。只要参与就大概率赚个几块钱几毛钱，无论资金大小，收益率相当均衡。看得上的玩，看不上的自己走，让市场调节。
不光新三板，其他板新股制度都应该这么改。现在IT技术这么发达，我真不相信把100股单位调成1股有什么技术难度。
