5月12日，首个暂缓使用丰巢的杭州市东新园小区业委会发布声明，重申业主立场：不可否认丰巢柜入驻小区以来一定程度上给小区业主带来了便利。丰巢在没有任何通知的情况下，单方面公开宣布将收取“快递超时保管费”已严重损害到我们小区业主的利益。因此，代表小区利益的我们有责任站出来与丰巢公司进行协商，以期尽快达成共识，消除对业主的不利影响，实现双赢。
