近日，丰巢快递柜上线会员服务，包括5元月卡、12元季卡，而普通用户存放的快件仅免费保管12小时，超时后每小时收费0.5元，封顶3元。此举一出引发普遍争议，并招致一些抵制，比如硬核的杭州东新园小区直接关停了丰巢快递柜，丰巢方面则表示用户前两次超时未取件不收费，不统一超时付费也不会将快件放入快递柜。
