疫情期间，陕西铜川一通讯营业厅工作人员自制传话筒和传递盒，“无接触式”业务办理获市民好评。3月1日，工作人员蒋超娟接受采访时表示，有的老人说话戴着口罩不太方便，用纸杯做的传话筒能更清楚地听见对方说话；另外，自制的传递盒方便工作人员与客户之间进行物品传递。
