分享发现 - @wangleineo - 经常在地铁公交看到面向市民的宣传片，都是那种造型拙劣的卡通形象，用六岁小女孩的声音和语气讲非常严肃的事情。还有各种服务的智能客服，不知道是有法律规定还是怎么样，统一都叫小 X，头像都是卡哇伊的那种。
