近期中国移动、中国联通、中国电信和中国铁塔联合发布的《关于文峰区宝莲寺袁薛庄村被迫停止通信服务的公告》引发关注。公告显示，三大运营商及铁塔公司暂时无法提供村内手机通信相关服务，也不再受理该村的网络信号投诉。原因是该村表示光缆必须入地，并擅自将村内光缆剪断，且自行预埋并穿光缆，表示运营商使用需出一定租赁费用或一次性购置费用约十几万元。
