美团外卖回应外卖员杀人事件：因取货问题发生口角

据武汉市公安局洪山分局通报，12月22日下午2时许，洪山公安接到群众报警：南湖佰港城有人持刀伤人。经120急救人员对受伤男子检查发现其已无生命体征。经查，受害人系佰港城员工，嫌疑人为外卖配送员陈某（男，32岁）。双方发生口角，陈某持刀将周某刺倒。
12月23日，美团外卖官方微博发布声明，据了解，22日在武汉佰港城超市发生的意外事件，起因于该配送员到超市取货品时，因取货问题与店员发生口角最终酿成悲剧。经配合警方调查后台，此订单商户用户都没有差评信息，也没有投诉电话记录。我们的专项处理小组昨日已抵达当地，正在积极配合鳌方调查真相，与涉事商家一起妥善处理后续。
