站长之家(ChinaZ.com) 12月12日 消息：据天眼查数据显示， 12 月 9 日，小鹏汽车的运营主体广州橙行智动汽车科技有限公司发生工商变更，阿里巴巴联合创始人蔡崇信(Chung Tsai)卸任公司董事，新增董事余永福。
资料显示，广州橙行智动汽车科技有限公司成立于 2015 年 1 月，注册资本约 3836 万人民币，法定代表人为公司联合创始人兼总裁夏珩。
据澎湃新闻报道，去年一月，蔡崇信在小鹏汽车新闻发布会上表示，阿里2008年投资了UC(何小鹏为UC创始人)，已经追了小鹏十年时间，还将继续再追小鹏，多追十年，多追二十年，都是我们要做的事情。
