京东董事长兼CEO刘强东今天上午宣布，未来京东员工只要是在任职期间遭遇任何不幸，京东都将负责其所有孩子一直到22岁的学习和生活费用。刘强东表示，“我们大部分的员工都是一线的兄弟，都是家里的顶梁柱，一旦出事整个家就毁了，我们希望所有的兄弟都好，但人生无常，公司要成为大家最后的依靠”。
