因为 Gmail 的 bug，Expedia 每年损失 $1.87 亿
大部分人并不常登录旅游类的网站，所以经常需要“忘记密码”。但忘记密码的邮件发过来了，链接点开是会过期的；Gmail同标题的邮件会叠在一起，用户往往看不到最新的那封信，所以点错链接，登录不进去。
Expedia 之类的旅游网站因此流失了一批用户。其实这不算 Gmail 的 bug。这是 feature。邮件系统的 UI 设计基本都是假设收发来自人类手写的信件；但我们看一下自己的邮箱，相当大部分邮件都不是人手写的，都是网站、app自动发过来的程序生成的邮件（或者是营销邮件）。
