手机平台之战已经分出胜负，iOS 与 Android 赢了。微软很早就做手机操作系统了，有开始菜单，还能在手机上用 ctrl+alt+del，专注于物理键盘，完美支持精简版的网页变种wap。
作者于2003～2006年在微软 Windows Mobile 组上班，以亲身经验事后诸葛亮地分析了一下为啥微软一手好牌没打好。微软手机操作系统的假想敌太多了，一会儿侧重普通消费者，一会儿又针对商业用户；桌面操作系统的OEM模式在手机世界不灵光了；用户要的是正常的html网页，不是阉割版的奇怪的wap。
