高晓松卸任北京阿里音乐董事长等职位 朱顺炎接任

站长之家(ChinaZ.com) 10月23日 消息：据天眼查数据显示， 10 月 21 日，北京阿里巴巴音乐科技有限公司发生工商变更，高晓松正式卸任北京阿里巴巴音乐科技有限公司董事长、法定代表人，由阿里巴巴创新业务事业群总裁朱顺炎接任。与此同时，阿里巴巴CEO张勇、阿里巴巴CFO武卫等退出董事，新增董事阿里文娱总裁樊路远等。
2019 年 2 月 26 日，据企查查数据显示，高晓松退出阿里音乐杭州阿里巴巴音乐科技有限公司法定代表人，变更为阿里大文娱创新业务事业部总裁朱顺炎。
对此，高晓松在微博回应称，其在 2016 年就已卸任阿里音乐董事长，专任阿里娱乐战略委员会主席，负责阿里大文娱国际化。只是集团到今天才更换法人代表。自己并没有离开阿里，未来也不会离开。
2015 年 7 月 15 日，阿里巴巴集团宣布高晓松正式加盟阿里音乐，出任董事长。2016 年 9 月 18 日高晓松离任阿里音乐董事长，出任阿里娱乐战略委员会主席。
