10月11日晚，百度网盘发布公告称，发现大量用户于今年5月开始在百度网盘iOS客户端购买百度网盘年度超级会员之后又进行退款操作，由于苹果公司单方面支持虚拟服务的全额退款，所以百度网盘不得不取消已退款用户的超级会员权益。
