成都市民郭先生近日在毒App上购买了两件衣服，因个人原因想要退货，却被客服告知物品不支持七天无理由退货。客服表示，如果顾客想退货的话也可以，就必须给99元的技术服务费。郭先生对此有些不解：“客服告诉我平台规则就是这样，但是国家规定网络购买商品七日无理由退货，他们为什么不遵守？”
