2018年美国专利机构榜单：华为与京东方进前20

据外媒报道，基于美国专利与商标局发布的数据，美国知识产权所有者协会(IPO)日前公布了2018年美国实用新型专利授予机构的300强名单。 名单显示，IBM再次蝉联榜首，华为名列第19，而华为美国分公司Futurewei Technologies Inc也榜上有名，位列101；京东方排名20。
IPO指出，2018年共有307759项专利发布，低于2017年的318829项。按国家划分，前十名中有六家美国公司，韩国有两家，日本和中国台湾各有一家公司。
IPO专利300强企业前20名分别为：IBM（9088）、 三星 电子（5836）、佳能（3206）、通用电气（2769）、 英特尔 （2728）、谷歌母公司Alphabet（2597）、 LG 电子（2473）、台积电（2448）、 微软 （2385）、高通（2300、 苹果 （2147）、 戴尔 、丰田汽车、福特、美国联合技术公司、亚马逊、Samsung Display、索尼、 华为 以及 京东 方。
Samsung Display从第11位跌至第17位，索尼从第13位跌至第18位，亚马从第15位跌至第16位。而戴尔、福特以及美国联合技术公司的排名有所提升。
