7月25日，资深科技评论人、科技行业知名博主@李瀛寰 在朋友圈晒出机场偶遇华为消费者业务CEO余承东的照片，值得一提的是李瀛寰还在现场上手了余承东手持的折叠屏手机华为Mate X，并晒出了余承东首屏APP。

此次偶遇发生在北京首都国际机场，两人搭乘同一个航班前往深圳，候机时李瀛寰把玩了一会儿余承东的华为Mate X。
李瀛寰在朋友圈感叹道：“MateX大屏看书、看邮件真是爽！”
不过余承东在现场表示，华为Mate X上市还要在等一等。
从朋友圈分享的照片来看，余承东正在使用华为Mate X看文章《人像摄影要在乎什么，为什么很多老师都说模特很重要？》。
此外李瀛寰也晒出了余承东的首屏APP图标，首屏的第三方APP包括百度、有道词典、新浪新闻、心声社区、今日头条、微信（双开）、WeLink。
