5月24日消息，据凤凰网科技独家获悉，小米集团人力资源部昨天晚间发送处罚通知邮件，通报小米公司国际部员工汪凌鸣因违反《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第四十四条规定，被公安机关予以行政拘留五日处罚。小米集团国际部管理层经过讨论决定，对汪凌鸣予以辞退。
