铅笔道获悉，企查查数据显示：近日，锤子软件(北京)有限公司发生工商变更，法定代表人从罗永浩变更为温洪喜，锤子科技CTO钱晨、陌陌CEO唐岩等10位高管从主要人员中移除。 
此前，罗永浩的聊天宝团队宣布解散，原来大约两百人的团队，“只保留二三十人”，或将回流到锤子科技。
此次退出前，罗永浩已经先后退出天津云上漫步科技合伙企业（有限合伙）、天津云上畅游科技合伙企业（有限合伙）股东行列。聊天宝主体公司北京快如科技有限公司由成都快如科技有限公司100%持股。
