趣店集团今天发布 公告 ，宣布新增 3 亿美元股权回购计划，并公布了 2019 年扣除非经常性损益、调整后净利润 35 亿元人民币的目标。
趣店表示，基于当前监管环境、市场状况和公司运营情况判断，公司确立了 2019 年全年扣除非经常性损益、调整后净利润 35 亿元人民币的经营目标。
趣店成立于 2014 年，是面向 5 亿非信用卡人群的金融科技公司，前身是一款名为“趣分期”的校园贷服务产品，公司在 2016 年 7 月宣布升级为“趣店集团”，并升级产品板块、服务对象和战略方向，成为一家分期购物平台。
去年 10 月，趣店于纽交所挂牌上市，发行 3750 万股美国存托股，承销商为摩根士丹利、瑞士信贷、花旗集团、中金公司及瑞银投资银行。
根据趣店今年 11 月发布的 第三季度业绩 ，该季度趣店录得总收入 19.3 亿元人民币（2.8 亿美元）， 同比增长 32.9% ；排除一次性汇兑损失，调整后净利润为 7.5 亿元人民币（1.1 亿美元），同比增长 12.6%。
