11月14日消息，微博名为“花总丢了金箍棒（以下简称“花总”）”的博主发布了一段名为《杯子的秘密》的视频。近十二分钟的视频，包括喜来登、华尔道夫、宝格丽、颐和安缦等14家顶级品牌酒店被一一点名。视频显示酒店服务员使用浴巾或同一块抹布擦拭口杯、洗手盆以及地板、马桶等，甚至还有从垃圾桶回收一次性塑料杯盖的现象。
