【黑龙江一交警中队长进入居民车库带走一条绒裤两双鞋 法院：不算盗窃】法院经审理查明，黑龙江省巴彦县公安局交警大队一名中队长刘忠义，六次进入某户居民的车库，盗走价值90元的一条绒裤和两双鞋。法院认为，被害人的车库并非用于生活起居的“户”，故刘忠义的行为不能评价为“入户盗窃”。
