10月1日有消息称，马云已放弃对阿里巴巴VIE架构(可变利益实体)所有权，阿里合伙人或管理层今后将通过有限合伙实体间接持有。随后，阿里巴巴方面证实了此消息的真实性，并表示：不涉及阿里巴巴集团层面的股权调整，此举意在减少关键人员风险，提高VIE实体股权的稳定性。
