i黑马讯 据路透社援引知情人士，社交电商平台云集微店正在接触美国摩根士丹利、瑞信和摩根大通，寻求2019年前期美国IPO，希望通过IPO获得70-100亿美元的估值。
消息人士称，该公司计划在IPO中筹集约10亿美元资金。该公司在2017年收支平衡，预计2018年实现盈利。据称，云集拥有超过3500万活跃用户。
云集上市将跟随其他在美国上市的中国电子商务公司，包括阿里巴巴(美股BABA)，京东(美股JD)和拼多多公司(美股PDD)。
