Evernote 多名高管离职，或降低估值寻求融资

笔记应用 Evernote（现在已经和印象笔记 没关系了）目前正在提供高级会员折扣，其服务的年费价格由 70 美元降至 42 美元。该公司于今年早些时候也提供了类似的折扣力度。
与此同时，Evernote 已经向 TechCrunch 证实，该公司上月失去了多名资深高管，包括首席技术官 Anirban Kundu、首席财务官 Vincent Toolan、首席产品官 Erik Wrobel 和人力资源负责人 Michelle Wagner。
这些高管的离职正值关键时刻。TechCrunch 表示，Evernote 正进行融资，但该公司在此轮融资中的估值可能会低于几年前的 12 亿美元 。
Evernote 没有就上述高管离职的原因发表评论，但 TechCrunch 接触到的消息人士表示：“Evernote 正处于死亡漩涡之中。过去 6 年，付费用户和活跃用户一直保持持平，而企业版产品也没能吸引客户的兴趣。”
Evernote 目前有三种不同的服务定价等级：免费、每月 7.99 美元的高级会员服务和每月 14.99 美元的商务服务。
