当微软在2015年7月份推出首个Windows10正式版时，曾宣布要彻底放弃经典的“控制面板”（ControlPanel），最终将所有选项都迁移到“设置”（Settings）应用。转眼三年过去了，尽管微软多次重申、且每一次大版本更新都意味着一些变化，但控制面板依然存在于Windows10操作系统中。如此看来，微软是否已经食言了？
